Jeg tilbyder søvnundervisning af 90 min. varighed til ansatte i virksomheder. Jeg formidler viden samt giver jer redskaber til at arbejde på at få en bedre søvnkvalitet og dermed mere sundhed og trivsel på arbejdspladsen.
